Flora Keites

Flora Keites joined the Royal Jersey Golf Club junior section at the age of 9 and has had a successful amateur golfing career at local, county and national levels.

She won the Hampshire Junior Girls’ Championship in 2016 and has represented the county in junior and senior teams multiple times.

Nationally, she has competed in British, English and Scottish championships at both junior and women’s levels.

She is now a student at the University of Liverpool, studying Biology.  Her current handicap is scratch and she is looking forward to competing on the British Universities circuit and for the Liverpool first team, for which she became captain in 2019.

Flora aims to continue competing in women’s national championships. She is extremely grateful for the support of The Harry Vardon Trust and is proud to represent Jersey on her travels.

Olivia Jordan Higgins

Olivia Jordan-Higgins is a multiple winner on the LPGA Symetra Tour, and a Hall Of Fame member of Charleston Southern University.

At the end of 2018, she was appointed coach to the ladies team at Alabama State University and, despite having less time to compete professionally, won the 2019 Ohio State Ladies Open.

Jersey Golf Development Group

For many years the Trust has provided financial support to the JGDG, ably led by PGA Professional Wayne Osmand. Under his enthusiastic leadership thousands of schoolchildren have been introduced to the game via Golf Camps, Tri-Golf, Golf Xtreme, Festivals and competitions.
